End User Agreement for Biathlon Battle VR

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of *Biathlon Battle VR* (the "Game"), together with any related websites, updates, downloadable content, virtual goods, online services, or other features provided by or on behalf of RoadMasters Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Game or any associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the Services.

  • 1. License Grant:
    Subject to your ongoing compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for lawful entertainment purposes. All intellectual property rights in and to the Game and Services remain the sole property of the Company or its licensors.
  • 2. Eligibility and Registration:
    To create an account and use the Services, you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you are under eighteen (18), you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times during registration and to safeguard your login credentials.
  • 3. User Conduct and Account Security:
    You are solely responsible for all actions taken through your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: cheating, using bots or automation software, exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, impersonating other users, distributing harmful or unlawful content, or attempting to decompile or modify the Game. Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
  • 4. Virtual Items and Currency:
    The Services may include access to digital content such as upgrades, skins, virtual goods, or in-game currency (collectively, "Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for real money. The Company may modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Items at its discretion.
  • 5. Purchases and Billing:
    By purchasing Virtual Items or other paid features, you agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, and taxes. All transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment providers, and you agree to comply with their terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or other unauthorized activity.
  • 6. Updates and Modifications:
    The Company may, at any time, introduce patches, updates, or changes that may alter gameplay, functionality, or content. We also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice. You agree that the Services are subject to ongoing development and may change over time.
  • 7. Suspension and Termination of Access:
    We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your account or access to the Services for any reason, including violations of this Agreement, fraudulent conduct, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, progress, and Virtual Items, with no obligation of compensation by the Company.
  • 8. Data Collection and Privacy:
    By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include information such as device identifiers, usage activity, and technical data. Data may be shared with trusted third parties for purposes such as fraud prevention, analytics, or customer support, subject to applicable data protection laws.
  • 9. Disclaimer of Warranties:
    The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will function uninterrupted, be free of errors, or be compatible with all hardware and software. Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.
  • 10. Limitation of Liability:
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Some jurisdictions may not permit certain limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
  • 11. Indemnification:
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your violation of this Agreement, misuse of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights.
  • 12. Dispute Resolution:
    Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. Failing such resolution, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the applicable laws of the Company’s principal jurisdiction. You waive any rights to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
  • 13. Force Majeure:
    The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, or government actions.
  • 14. Entire Agreement and Severability:
    This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and the Company concerning the Services. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By continuing to use *Biathlon Battle VR*, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
